My passion for holistic health was born from my own journey through anxiety, depression, and a multiple sclerosis diagnosis at age 27. These experiences taught me how quietly the body speaks before it cries out, and how deeply stress can shape our health.
Guided by this, I’ve devoted myself to helping others release what the body holds—whether from trauma, illness, tension from the weight of daily life.
