After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), I gained a much deeper appreciation for the connection between the nervous system, stress, and overall well-being. This inspired me to further my education in CranioSacral Therapy, where I found a gentle approach that honours the body’s natural rhythms and innate capacity to heal.
